The Entrepreneuring Incubator

A program for a BA in the Humanities and Social Sciences, with  a socio-environmental emphasis. 

• Crystallizing a professional identity as an educator working in the field of education and society, that provides expression for the individual's personality and beliefs.
  
• Every student develops a social / environmental / educational venture.
  
• All students encounter and visit all areas of the country and all segments of its population.
  
• A community of active learners with a democratic nature that encourages partnership and involvement.
  

The program awards three diplomas: a BA; a teaching certificate; and a specialisation in democratic education diploma.

Students profile

Students who choose education as a mission, who have a track-record of endeavours in the spheres of therapy, education, informal education, youth movement graduates, and a year in community service, involved in environmental organisations, with a desire to correct society. 65% of them are men, with a high percentage possessing particularly strong qualities for the program - as well as learning disorders.

• It is concentrated into two days per week on the campus of the Kibbutzim College of Education, in Tel-Aviv: 
  
• An incubator workshop for entrepreneurs, in a four-year track
  
• Richly varied experience in teaching
  
• Studying education with an emphasis on democratic and social education
  
• Elective specialisations: history/ Bible /literature; biology - chemistry with an environmental emphasis
